A regular personal training session in your home or office normally consists of a full-body workout, including warm-up, assisted stretching, a targeted workout to meet your goals, and core stability and strengthening. Training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length.

If you would like help defining your fitness goals and setting up a realistic home workout plan, one session with a personal trainer can make a world of difference. The session will include baseline measurements of fitness, goal setting, and devising an attainable action plan.
